Tenured Associate Professor at the Madrid Open University -UDIMA- (Spain)
Esther López Barrero teaches Public International Law, International Economic Organizations, International Contract Law and European Law at the Madrid Open University -UDIMA- (Spain).
She was Tenured Associate Professor at the Polytechnic University of Madrid and Adjunct Professor at the Complutense University of Madrid, Visiting Scholar in several Spanish Universities, research at the Complutense Institute of International Studies -ICEI- (Spain) and Pre-Doctoral Grantee at the World Trade Organization -WTO- (Switzerland). She has served as intern at the Legal Affairs Division of the WTO. She has also lectured at Spanish and European Universities and Research Centres.
She graduated in Law (9.1/10) at the University Complutense of Madrid (Spain), and holds a Ph.D. summa cum laude in International Trade Law. She has also holds a Master of Cooperation for Sustainable Development at ICADE (Spain) and a Master in Needs and Rights of Children at the Autonomous University of Madrid (Spain).
She is author of several books, book chapters and articles, that have appeared in a number of international law journals.
