Sheraz is an MSc in Construction Laws and Dispute Resolution from King's College London and has been working as a construction lawyer for last 15 years.
His practice area focuses on construction contract drafting, dispute avoidance, ADR, licensing, construction litigation and other construction related issues. He has been working as Partner in 'The Law Chamber' - Pakistan since 2009. Sheraz is representing and providing consultation to governments, owners, contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers and other construction-related entities. Sheraz is also a co-founder and partner of 'MK Consultus (UK) Limited' - United Kingdom.
Sheraz began his professional career as a Civil Engineer after completing his Bachelors in Civil Engineering (B.Sc. (Civil)) and thereafter he did Bachelors in Law (LLB) and became a qualified Lawyer. Sheraz is the only known Civil Engineer cum Lawyer in Pakistan.
He is a 'Professional Engineer' certified by Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and was admitted on the 'Roll of Advocates' by The Punjab Bar Council, Lahore Pakistan in 2002. Sheraz has been a life member of Lahore Bar Council (LBA) since 2004 and has also been a life member of the Lahore High Court Bar Association (LHCBA) since 2006. Sheraz is also expecting to receive Royal Charters Qualification from Chartered Institute of Arbitration (CIArb).
