Adam Bryan specialises in international arbitration, both commercial and investor-State. He is experienced in a wide range of industries, with a particular focus on the energy sector.
Adam Bryan has acted in numerous international arbitrations, including under both ad hoc and institutional rules. He is a member of several professional associations including Young International Arbitration Group, Young Arbitrators Forum, Young Arbitration Practitioners Group, and the Young International Council for Commercial Arbitration. He has spoken and published on international arbitration.
Adam Bryan trained in London and Paris with Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton (2008-2010). After qualifying, he practised international arbitration in Cleary Gottlieb’s London office (2010-2014). He subsequently worked as an Associate in Three Crowns’ Paris office (2014-2016), a Senior Associate (Registered Foreign Lawyer) in Allen & Overy’s Hong Kong office (2016-2017), and Associate in Lalive SA's Geneva office (2017-2019).
Adam Bryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Jurisprudence (Law with Law Studies in Europe) from the University of Oxford (Merton College) (2003-2007). He also received a diploma from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas (2005-2006). In 2013, Adam Bryan became a Solicitor-Advocate (Higher Courts, Civil Proceedings) of the Senior Courts of England & Wales.
