Lecturer in Public International Law and International Relations at the University of Alicante (from 1996 to the present). Professor of the Master in International Protection of Human Rights (University of Alcalá), from 2014 to the present. Visiting Professor of the University of Lisbon, giving a monographic course on "Litigation in International Economic Law: Consent to International Commercial Arbitration & Investment Arbitration" (from 2013 to present). Professor of the Lawyers Master Degree (UMH, Elche). Jean Monnet Modules Coordinator title: "Immigration Policies and Third Country Nationals Rigths in the European Union" (2011-2014), "Equal Treatment and Non-Discrimination Law in the European Union" (2014-2017) and "Migrant´s Rights, EU Borders and Internal Security: EU Values and Global Challenges" (2017-2020). Specialist in international commercial arbitration and investor-state arbitration by the American University, Washington College of Law. Has conducted research stages in several foreign centers of recognized prestige (University Institute of Florence; Dipartamento Teoria dello Stato - Università La Sapienza (Roma); the Institute of Higher International Studies and Development, Geneve). He is the author of several publications and articles specialized in the field of the peaceful settlement of international disputes, investor-state arbitration, EU Law, EU immigration, asylum and border control policies, EU Non-Discrimination Law and protection of consular rights at the international level. Has carried out advisory activities as a Local expert of the World Bank in the elaboration of the Report "Facilitating Business in Agriculture. 2017" and in the Report "Enabling the Business of Agriculture 2016: Comparing regulatory good practices".
