Deyan Draguiev is Associate at UK international law firm CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP. He has earned a Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours degree in English Law from University of Manchester, and Master of Laws degree from Sofia University and pursues PhD degree on international litigation and arbitration from Hamburg University. His practice is focused on dispute resolution and especially international dispute resolution, including international commercial and investment arbitration and involving procedures under the auspices of institutions such as ICSID, ICC, LCIA, etc. He has published extensively in international law journals on issues of international litigation and arbitration and private international law and is Assistant Editor for Europe of Kluwer Arbitration Blog and is also a Member of the Advisory Board on Publications of International Council for Commercial Arbitration.
