Ms. Anu Monga is a Director at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, based in New Delhi Office. Her practice focuses on Competition / Anti-trust Laws and International Trade.
Her practice involves advising, assisting and representing (Indian) government departments, foreign governments, stakeholders and companies on international trade related issues.
Anu has advised and represented clients across various sectors including automobiles, agro-chemicals, oil and gas / energy, FMCG, real estate, cement, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals and healthcare. She has obtained landmark judgments including the recent order on the much debated issue of imposition of penalties on the basis of 'relevant turnover' from the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India. She represents parties before Competition Commission of India, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, High Courts and Supreme Court of India.
She is a member of the Supreme Court Bar Association (India). She completed her LL.M at National University of Singapore; LL.B at Campus Law Center (University of Delhi); and Bachelor of Arts (Political Science) at Lady Shri Ram College for Women (University of Delhi).
