Anu Monga
Profile
Anu is a partner at INDUSLAW. Her practice focuses on Competition Law, International Trade & WTO laws. She also advises clients on Technology, Media & Telecommunication (TMT) Laws.
During her career, she has advised foreign, multinational and Indian corporate clients across sectors including healthcare and pharmaceuticals, automobile, chemicals and fertilizers, aviation, manufacturing, steel, cement, telecommunications, broadcasting, information technology, power, insurance and insurance. She started her career as a litigator and represented several companies before various courts / judicial forums including the MRTP Commission.
Anu advises clients on behavioural and adversarial matters, merger control and general compliance, including audit and training. In particular, she has considerable experience in merger control provisions within the power and oil & gas industries. Additionally, she has a thorough understanding of competition economics and assists clients on competition economics analysis.
Anu's International Trade practice involves advising and representing stakeholders on trade matters before anti-dumping and CVD authorities. In particular, she advises clients on WTO law, free trade agreements and other bilateral trade agreements. She has represented Government of India before the US Department of Commerce.
Prior to joining INDUSLAW, Anu led International Trade/ WTO practice at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas and was a senior member of Competition and TMT practices.
