Emily Wyse Jackson (née Stennett) is an associate in Freshfields' dispute resolution group in London, who recently spent two years on secondment to Freshfields' Singapore office.
Emily advises clients across various sectors on a broad range of complex, high-value disputes. Her recent experience includes advising both investors and States in investment treaty arbitrations, and advising clients on commercial disputes both in the English Courts and in arbitration proceedings under various institutional rules and systems of law.
Emily trained as a solicitor in Freshfields' London office, and during her training contract, spent six months on secondment to Freshfields' Washington, DC office.
Emily studied at Newnham College, University of Cambridge and graduated in 2011 with a BA in Law. She is qualified as a solicitor-advocate in England and Wales.
