Daria Kotova
Profile
Daria Kotova is a researcher at the HSE-Skolkovo Institute for Law and Development, an academic division of the HSE University (Moscow). She holds an LL.B. from the HSE University (Moscow) and an LL.M. from the University of Arkansas (Fayetteville). In 2017-2018, she worked as a research assistant for Professor Uche Ewelukwa (University of Arkansas) dealing with the modern challenges of international trade in food and agriculture with a special focus on human rights.
She is also a member of the academic society on bioethics and life sciences law at the HSE University Law Faculty.
Daria's research field embraces the law of sustainability and human rights and their application to food security and sovereignty. She also does research on the intersection of law and ethics looking at how ethics can potentially improve international law.
