Profile
Anjezë Gojani, LLM is an independent legal consultant with more than 10 years professional experience in the justice sector with a focus on civil and commercial law. She advised the Ministry of Justice in Kosovo in its first legal drafting code of Kosovo; the functional review process of the justice sector; and the initiative of restructuring of the State Advocacy Office, a body in charge of defending the government in international litigation and arbitration. Anjezë is currently advising the Ministry of Health, particularly in drafting the first-ever piece of legislation on regulating the price of pharmaceutical products in Kosovo.
Anjezë is credited with promoting and managing the establishment of the legal framework and institutional capacity building for arbitration in Kosovo, including as Secretary General of the Kosovo Permanent Tribunal of Arbitration and of the ADR Center of the American Chamber of Commerce.
Ms. Gojani continuously writes articles for law journals and magazines. Her latest co-authored work is featured in Integration and International Dispute Resolution in Small States, a recent book published by Springer. She is a member of Experienced Young Practitioners of the DELOS Guide to Arbitration Places.
Anjezë is a Weinstein JAMS International Fellow, and she has completed her master studies at Leiden University in the Netherlands.
