Norbert Czerniak is a law graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznañ, Poland, as well as an alumnus of the Energy Academy (VII) of the Les³aw A. Paga Foundation (Warsaw). He is a PhD Candidate at the University of Bayreuth, Germany, where he is conducting his research on the Energy Charter Treaty. He holds the Hanns Seidel Foundation's PhD Scholarship for Talented Individuals. Norbert researches in English, German, French and Polish. He is a Member of the Board of YES-Europe energy network.
