Gianmatteo Sabatino is a PhD Candidate in Comparative and European Legal Studies at the University of Trento, Italy, as well as a visiting scholar at the Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, Wuhan, PRC. He graduated in 2016 with a dissertation on the Legal Features of Chinese Economic Planning.
His current research project regards the convergence and circulation of legal models of macro-economic regulation between the PRC and the EU.
He has published scientific articles in both Italian and English languages, regarding Chinese development planning law and Chinese Public-Private Partnership law.
His research interests include Comparative Private Law, Comparative Economic Law, Comparative Competition Law and Legal Anthropology.
