Anran ZHANG
Profile
Dr. ZHANG Anran (Ph.D, LL.M, LL.B, B.A) is the Deputy Director, Arbitration & ADR, ICC Dispute Resolution Services for North Asia. He forges relationship with stakeholders and advises ICC strategic development across North Asian 17 jurisdictions. He holds a doctorate from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
Anran worked as an international case counsel at Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) in Malaysia and a short-term consultant/legal intern ICSID, where he was responsible for arbitration and ADR case management, rules revision, moot problem writing, institutional initiatives and international cooperation. In addition to institutional experience, he was an academic researcher at Europa Institute, Leiden University and a visiting researcher at University of Cambridge, with research focused on international dispute settlement and international investment law. He has published with international renowned journals and blogs.
