Henry Defriez focuses his practice on international commercial and investor-state arbitrations. He has experience of arbitrations under the ICSID, UNCITRAL, SIAC, HKIAC, ICDR and LCIA rules, and of disputes arising out of sectors including oil & gas, mining, electricity, construction, life sciences, and telecommunications.

Mr. Defriez has been recognized as a 'Rising Star' in the field of International Arbitration by the Legal 500 Asia Pacific 2020. Admitted in England and Wales only; Practice is supervised by principals of the firm who are members of the DC Bar.
