Yaroslava specializes in providing legal support in cross-border disputes in national courts and in international commercial and investment arbitration. Moreover, Yaroslava advises clients on various matters in large-scale infrastructure and construction projects.
Yaroslava has experience of working with arbitration cases administered by several arbitral institutions including ICSID, SCC, and ICAC at the UCCI. Furthermore, Yaroslava has been involved in litigation related to a number of jurisdictions including Sweden, the BVI, Cyprus, Denmark, the UK, Germany, Ukraine, and France.
Prior to joining Sayenko Kharenko, Yaroslava completed a master's program in investment treaty arbitration run by Kaj Hobér at Uppsala University, Sweden and worked as a trainee in the Dispute Resolution group at Mannheimer Swartling law firm in Stockholm.
