Radwa Elsaman has over 15 years of diverse experience in providing consultancy on business law and high stake commercial transactions with top tier law firms, international organizations, and governmental entities. Her areas of expertise include negotiating and drafting various types of commercial contracts, transactional documents, and banking documentation. She also has proven to be successful in providing robust day-to-day advice in various legal aspects, representing clients vis-à-vis third parties and the regulatory authorities, and confirming compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Radwa has served as a legal consultant to various international entities in connection with their projects pursued in the MENA region, such as the World Bank Group, GIZ, USAID, and the European Union.
She currently serves as a legal consultant of DAI Europe LTD in support of the EIB. Moreover, she is a key-legal expert of SOFRECO supporting the international consortium of the project of “Institutional Support for the Implementation of the Ongoing Gas Sector Reform in Egypt”
Radwa is also an Assistant Professor of Law at Cairo University. Meanwhile, she is a visiting scholar at Boston University School of Law in the USA. She has been a contributor to numerous international conferences worldwide. She is the author and co-author of many law review articles in learned international journals on commercial and financial laws; most recently the Oxford Handbook on International Law and the Arab World (Oxford University Press).
