Joshua's experience includes acting as counsel, tribunal secretary and advisor in international disputes covering a number of sectors. He has experience representing clients in matters concerning state responsibility and public international law.

Joshua has been involved in cases under the auspices of the ICC, FCCC, ICSID, LCIA, PCA, and the SCC plus ad hoc proceedings under the UNCITRAL rules.
