Jean-Paul MUSHAGALUSA RWABASHI, PhD candidate at the Faculty of Law & Criminology of the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB), Lecturer at Université Catholique de Bukavu (UCB) and Advocate at the Bukavu Bar.

His research focuses on the Analysis of the effectiveness of sustainable development obligation in Bilateral Investment. Jean-Paul is also a researcher at the Centre d'Etude en Gestion Minière (CEGEMI, cegemi.com), Centre d'Etude en Gestion des Conflits (CEGEC) and Centre Régional de Droit de l'Homme et de Droit International Humanitaire (CERDHO, cerdho.ucbukavu.ac.cd).
