Michael Collett KC practises as a barrister and arbitrator at 20 Essex Street. He specialises in international commercial disputes, particularly in the field of international trade. He frequently acts as counsel in arbitrations under the LMAA Terms. He also accepts appointments as arbitrator. He is a member of the SCMA Procedure Committee and is on the SCMA and SIAC panels.
