Vakhtang Giorgadze is a research associate at Singapore International Dispute Resolution Academy (SIDRA). He is an accredited mediator at Singapore International Mediation Institute (SIMI) and a qualified lawyer, admitted to the bar in Georgia with experience in international economic law and dispute resolution.
Prior to joining SIDRA, Vakhtang was an associate at MG Law Office, which is a tier-one law firm in Georgia, where he was focusing on commercial agreements and dispute resolution.
Vakhtang spent one year at the World Trade Organization as a young professional, where he advised a WTO panel on the resolution of an international trade dispute. His experience also includes working as a legal adviser of the EU Law Department at the Ministry of Justice of Georgia, where he was involved in the implementation of the Association Agreement between the European Union and Georgia.
Vakhtang holds an LL.B. from Free University of Tbilisi and an LL.M. from the MIDS -- Master in International Dispute Settlement programme, which is a joint programme of University of Geneva and the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies.
