Ernest Morales-Tonda, a dual French and Spanish qualified lawyer, focuses his practice on international arbitration. He works as a law clerk at Dechert LLP based in Paris, where he advises clients in arbitration proceedings in various jurisdictions and across a wide range of sectors. He also holds a position as Adjunct Lecturer at ESADE Law School. Prior to joining Dechert, Ernest worked as an M&A associate in the Barcelona office of Gómez-Acebo & Pombo, and had interned at Clifford Chance, both at the Barcelona and London offices.
He received an LL.M in Transnational Arbitration and Dispute Settlement from Sciences Po, and obtained a Masters in International Business Law and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) at ESADE Law School in Barcelona.
In addition to his native Spanish and Catalan, Ernest is fluent in English and French and proficient in Portuguese.
