Profile

Ioana is an arbitration practitioner and researcher with a specific interest in legal order theory and conflict of orders. She has graduated with a bachelor of civil law from the University of Bucharest, and continued her education by completing an LL.M. in International Arbitration (University of Bucharest), and an LL.M. in International Dispute Resolution (UCL). Since then, she has been working in a big U.S. law firm in their arbitration department and in the litigation and arbitration department of a large energy company. She is now in the process of cross-qualifying and completing her PhD.
