Profile
Ayushi Singhal is a disputes lawyer qualified to practice in India. She has represented clients before various international and domestic arbitral tribunals, as well as the Supreme Court of India and various High Courts. In her current role with Agami India as a Justice Innovation Fellow, she is advancing the idea of data sharing for Online Dispute Resolution in India. She has previously worked in the disputes, policy, and governance practice of Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas.
She studied law at the West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences, finishing top of her class. She was also invited for the 2018 session of the International Academy of Arbitration Law Paris on a scholarship. She has received her mediation advocacy training from Pace Law School, New York in a program led by Ms. Deborah Masucci, the then Chair of the International Mediation Institute. She has also pleaded till the semi-finals of the Willem C. Vis (East) International Arbitration Moot Court Competition.
