Dr. Ansoumane Douty Diakité

Dr. Ansoumane Douty Diakité holds a Bachelor degree in International Business Law (from the University of Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne, France), Master degree (LLM) in European-International and Comparative Law (from the University of Macau, China) and Ph.D. in Government studies (jointly from University of Saint Joseph, Macau and Catholic University of Portugal).
Dr. Diakité has been a Professor at the University of Saint Joseph, Macau since 2009. He is currently the Head of the Department of Law and Public Policy, the Coordinator of the Macau Academy of Comparative Alternative Dispute Resolution and the Coordinator of the Master of Lusophone and Public International Law program at the University of Saint Joseph, Macau.
Additionally, he is the founder of the consulting firm CA&KO in the Republic of Guinea.
Dr. Diakité teaches modules such as International Investment Law, International Environmental Law and Policy, Legal Research Methods, International Business Law, International Trade Law, and International Negotiations.
His main research interests include: Inconsistency in investment arbitral awards, Law and Technology, Law for International Development Aid, and Ethics in Public Policy.
