Roberto Cuchí joined Bufete Asali in 2017. He has successfully handled complex commercial disputes for national and international clients in the construction, mining, energy, telecom, insurance, life sciences, food, entertainment and education industries.
Roberto has participated in arbitration proceedings conducted under the rules of the International Chambers of Commerce (ICC), the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), the Mexican Center of Arbitration (CAM), the Hong Kong International Arbitration Court (HKIAC), and the Mexican Chambers of Commerce (CANACO).
He received his law degree (JD) summa cum laude from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México and is authorized to practice law in Mexico. He frequently publishes articles on select arbitration and litigation topics.
