Paloma Cipolla Moguilevsky is a dual-qualified international dispute resolution attorney who practices international commercial and investment treaty arbitration. She has experience advising and representing clients in high-profile arbitrations in civil and common law jurisdictions and across a variety of industries.
Paloma started her career in Argentina as a civil and commercial litigator and then moved to the United States to practice at the International Arbitration group of a renowned international law firm in Washington, DC. She holds an LL.B. and an Abogada degree from the University of Buenos Aires, where she graduated top of her class. She also obtained an LL.M. in International Business and Economic Law and a Certificate in International Arbitration from Georgetown University Law Center, where she graduated with distinction and in the Dean's list.
Paloma is admitted to practice law in New York and in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
