Erin Eckhoff is a Senior Associate at King & Wood Mallesons (Sydney) where she specialises in complex international disputes, including international commercial arbitration and international investment arbitration. Erin advises in a broad range of international law matters with a particular interest in environmental disputes, climate change litigation and human rights. She is recognised as a Rising Star in International Arbitration by Legal 500 Asia-Pacific. Erin has practiced in civil and commercial litigation and dispute resolution in London, Sydney, Singapore, and Auckland. She has experience in environmental related investment treaty disputes including acting for the Kyrgyz Republic, in defending UNCITRAL arbitration proceedings in relation to a US $100 million plus claim by Canadian mining company Centerra Gold arising from environmental fees and penalties. Erin has acted in matters under a number of arbitral institutions and rules including UNCITRAL, ACICA, SIAC, PCA, ICSID, ICC, HKIAC, and LCIA.
