Sati Nagra

Sati Nagra is a Senior Associate in the International Arbitration Group at King & Wood Mallesons (Sydney) where she practises in all aspects of international dispute resolution, particularly international arbitration. Sati also advises on a broad range of public international law and ESG matters as part of the Climate & ESG practice, including on climate change litigation, anti-bribery and corruption, and modern slavery risks. Sati has practised in London, Moscow and Sydney. She has assisted Small Island Developing State delegations at multiple UNFCCC COPs and has recently assisted a UN agency with its work to develop children's rights to a healthy environment across the East Asia and Pacific region. Her research interests lie at the intersection of international climate change, business and human rights, and investment law.
