Francesco Seatzu is Full Professor of International Law at the University of Cagliari (Italy), where he teaches Public International Law and Law of the European Union. He is the author of three monographs and more than a hundred articles in beer reviewed journals. Professor Seatzu has published extensively in particular in the fields of international economic law, international human rights law, and select matters of private international law.
