Mayara Nunes is Deputy Counsel at the ICC Secretariat's office in São Paulo, where she administers several arbitration cases involving public and private parties across a wide range of industry sectors.
Prior to joining the ICC, Mayara has worked as associate at Valença Arb., where she acted in national and international commercial arbitrations both as counsel and tribunals' secretary. Mayara has experience in business and corporate law, having worked both in consultancy and litigation.
She holds an LL.M in Comparative and International Dispute Resolution from Queen Mary University of London and she is a Chevening Scholar, from the United Kingdom's Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
