Agata is a practising attorney-at-law at Addleshaw Goddard in Warsaw and a PhD Candidate at KU Leuven. Her research focuses on dispute prevention and ADR of investment disputes. She graduated from the University of Silesia in Poland and holds an LL.M. from the University of Ottawa, specialising in international investment and trade law. Agata has served as a research fellow at the Columbia Center for Sustainable Investment in New York and is an active member of initiatives for arbitration practitioners.
