Profile

Xiaoyu FAN is a Lecturer in law school, at Central South University, China. She is also a researcher at Wuhan University Center of Overseas Investment Law, with a concentration in International Investment Law and International Dispute Resolution. She holds a PhD from the Wuhan University in China. She has published articles about the China-EU Comprehensive Agreement on Investment (CAI) negotiation and the ISDS reform, Investor-State Mediation, and Sanctions-Related ISDS Practices topics in The Chinese Journal of Comparative Law, Groningen Journal of International Law, Hong Kong Law Journal.
