He has regularly represented clients in cases exceeding $100 million in controversy, and he has taken on the largest companies and law firms in the Americas and won. With particular experience in arbitration and litigation involving Latin America, he has represented clients in ICC, ICDR, and ICSID arbitration as well as litigation in federal and state courts throughout the US.
