Lu Xinyue holds an LL.B degree in law from the Southwest University of Political Science and Law (Chongqing, China) and currently is a master candidate of Koguan School of Law, Shanghai Jiaotong University. Her main research interests include international economic law and the role of domestic courts in international legal issues.
