Mr. Rocha dos Santos is an attorney registered in the District of Columbia, New York, and Brazil. He has served as Counsel at the World Bank Group's Sanctions Board Secretariat since 2018. From 2011 to 2018, he worked as an International Specialist at the law firm Hughes Hubbard & Reed in Washington, D.C. and Paris, where his practice focused on anti-corruption matters and complex, cross-border compliance investigations. From 2008 to 2010, he held the position of Chief of Division (Oversight and Control) in the Consumer Protection Bureau of Brazil's Ministry of Justice.
