Héctor Clemente, a licensed attorney in Venezuela, holds an LL.B. (título de abogado, cum laude) from Universidad Central de Venezuela in 2019, and a Master's in International Civil and Commercial Law (cum laude) from Universiteit Leiden, the Netherlands, in 2022.
He is currently pursuing a JD degree at UC Berkeley School of Law, Berkeley Law, United States of America (Class of 2027).
Héctor's experience centers on cross-border commercial disputes, commercial contracts and international arbitration, having worked as an associate at D'Empaire Reyna Abogados in Caracas and worked with law firms, non-governmental organizations and international organizations in Europe and Venezuela. He is also a co-author of articles on international arbitration, including a publication with the Kluwer Arbitration Blog, and has conducted academic research on intellectual property and criminal law.
