Aditya Singh Chauhan is an Associate in the Construction Contracts & Arbitration Practice of Khaitan & Co, Mumbai. He represents clients in construction arbitration and other commercial litigation matters in India and frequently provides pre-dispute advisory. He also negotiates construction and engineering contracts for projects across industry sectors and hospitality contracts for hotels and resorts in India. He has represented and advised clients which include some of India's leading developers and world's top international luxury hotel brands.

Prior to joining Khaitan & Co, Aditya was an Associate at the Dispute Resolution Team of AZB & Partners, Mumbai, where he represented clients in corporate litigations before Indian courts and tribunals, and arbitration-related court proceedings before various High Courts in India. He has also advised clients on complex issues pertaining to enforcement of foreign awards (including under the Geneva Convention), impact of sanction laws on enforcement, unsettled issues of arbitrability, etc.

Aditya is a Visiting Fellow at the prestigious Centre for Advanced Research and Training in Arbitration Law (CARTAL) established under the aegis of National Law University, Jodhpur (NLU-J). He previously served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Indian Journal of Arbitration Law (IJAL), indexed on Kluwer Arbitration and published by CARTAL, for Volume 10. He also holds the position of Ambassador & Co-Chair (Publications Committee) at Arbitrator Intelligence.
