Profile

Yuxin Nie is an MPhil candidate at Wuhan University, Institute of International Law and an LLM student at the University of Geneva. She holds an LL.B. degree summa cum laude from the University of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (Beijing, China). She is an invited scholar at UNIDROIT (Rome, Italy) and a recipient of UNIDROIT Research Scholarship. Her research interests lie in the fields of international commercial arbitration and litigation.
