As the senior partner of VDB Loi in Southeast Asia and Andersen (in Cambodia and Vietnam), Edwin advises Governments, international financial institutions such as the IFC and the ADB, and multinational enterprises on infrastructure and energy projects, acquisitions, taxation and foreign direct investment. He has frequently consulted on legal and tax reform for developing countries. He lectured part time at various universities in Europe and Asia and is presently a visiting academic at the Foreign Trade University in Vietnam.
