Zhenggang Chen
Profile
Mr. Zhenggang Chen is a practicing lawyer with extensive experience working in the head office of a publicly listed company and a prominent law office. His primary areas of practice include civil and commercial litigation and arbitration, as well as serving as long-term legal counsel. He has handled a wide range of disputes involving shareholder conflicts, intellectual property, construction projects, financial investments, and corporate matters.
Since the beginning of his legal career, Mr. Chen has represented clients in cases before the Supreme People's Court, various High People's Courts, and leading arbitration institutions throughout China. He has handled disputes involving amounts exceeding RMB 10 billion, accumulating a wealth of practical experience in litigation and arbitration.
In addition, Mr. Chen serves as an off-campus mentor for young students at the School of Law, University of International Business and Economics. He holds the certificate of Certified Forensic Accountant (U.S.) and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb, UK) and the Beijing Society of Comparative Law. He is also the author of the book "36 Strategies in Shareholder Disputes: Litigation Tactics Every Entrepreneur Should Know", and is a regular contributor of expert legal articles on several well-known platforms.
