Raymond is an Associate in the firm's Taxation, Labour, Energy & Environment, Regulatory Compliance, Corporate & Commercial and Dispute Resolution Practice Groups. He advises different indigenous and international companies on a range of commercial matters including energy, investment, tax planning, corporate restructuring, corporate governance, financing, employment relations and arbitration.

He is currently seconded to a foremost international oil company operating in the downstream sector in Nigeria and is co-ordinating the team redrafting the company's templates for its frequently used agreements. He is also advising the company on regulatory and compliance issues and dispute resolution practices.
