Hamed Shakeri holds an LL.B. from the University of Tehran and an LL.M. in Criminal Law and Criminology from the University of Science and Culture. He has developed professional expertise at the intersection of corporate, energy, and criminal law.

He is currently Senior Contracts Specialist at MAPNA Oil & Gas Development Company, where he oversees contractual affairs in large-scale energy projects. Previously, he headed the legal department of Javid Energy Company and has served as legal consultant to entities such as Petro Danial Kish, ZN Vostok, Soroush Energy, and Trading Development Company (Paydar Qeshm). He has also advised the Foundation for the Prevention of Social Harms on regulatory and policy-related matters.
