Marios Tokas
Profile
Marios Tokas is Post-Doctoral Researcher at the iCourts Center of the University of Copenhagen, focusing on the Free Zone Courts in the GCC region, and practices as an independent international trade lawyer with Cassidy Levy Kent Europe.
He holds a PhD from the Geneva Graduate Institute, where his research focused on integrating non-economic interests into trade and investment policy. Marios holds a Master’s in International Law from the Geneva Graduate Institute, an LLM in International and European Law from the University of Athens, and an LLB from the University of Athens.
He previously served as an editorial assistant at the Journal of International Economic Law and has gained extensive experience in international trade law, EU law, and international arbitration through roles at law firms and consulting firms in Geneva, Brussels, and Athens.
