Mr. Huan Zhang is a legal professional based in Shanghai. He holds an LL.B. from King's College London and an LL.M. in International Dispute Settlement (MIDS) jointly awarded by the Geneva Graduate Institute and the University of Geneva. Following his graduate studies, he worked on investor-State arbitration matters at Arnold & Porter (2024) and conducted research at UNIDROIT on the UNIDROIT Principles of International Commercial Contracts (UPICC) and corporate sustainability due diligence (2025). He is currently a legal counsel at TEMU and is preparing to get qualified as a solicitor in England.

His professional and academic interests focus on international investment law and arbitration, public international law, competition law and the digital economy.
