Ignacio Ferrer-Bonsoms Hernández, lawyer, author, and specialist in digital law, with a strong focus on disruptive technologies such as blockchain, crypto assets, and artificial intelligence. With a degree in law, he has devoted much of his work to exploring how legal systems can evolve to meet the challenges of the emerging digital environment. He is the founder of BACS (Blockchain Arbitration & Commerce Society, bacsociety.com), a pioneering organization in promoting dispute resolution mechanisms integrated with blockchain technology-such as specialized arbitration tribunals and legally enforceable and attachable tokens.

Author of several articles and essays on the transformation of law in the digital age. In his latest book, "Bitcoin Digital Law: Why Cryptocurrencies Are Digital Laws of the Internet Jurisdiction and Why States Must Adapt," he argues that technologies such as Bitcoin represent an autonomous form of decentralized legislation. In this work, he challenges the traditional monopoly of states over the creation of laws and proposes a new digital jurisdiction emerging from the internet itself. He participates in international conferences and collaborates with academic institutions and chambers of commerce to offer training on digital technologies and legal innovation.
