Marc-Anthony is a Swiss-qualified lawyer specialising in international commercial arbitration.
Marc-Anthony advises both individuals and corporations on a broad range of contractual, commercial, and corporate law matters. His expertise spans various sectors, including international trade, manufacturing, shipping and commodities, banking and finance, fintech & crypto, mergers and acquisitions, sports, energy, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, luxury goods, and hospitality.
He regularly represents clients in ad hoc and institutional arbitrations proceedings, including those administered by leading institutions such as the ICC, SIAC, LCIA, and Swiss Arbitration Centre.
Marc-Anthony began his career at law firms in Singapore and Hong Kong before joining the commodities group of a major international law firm. After this, Marc-Anthony worked for the arbitration team of a leading Swiss business law firm. He advised and represented major banks, wealth and asset management firms, manufacturers, and high-net-worth individuals in complex commercial and financial disputes.
Marc-Anthony is Counsel at OA LEGAL and Of Counsel at the affiliated law firm KGP LEGAL in Singapore.
He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Duke University School of Law (USA), a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Legal Professions, a Bachelor of Law and a Master in Business Law from the University of Geneva. He also completed a year of study at the University of Zurich during his Masters course.
