Sinem is Counsel with a primary focus on international arbitration and complex cross border disputes. She advises and represents multinational corporations and sovereign states in high value commercial and investor state arbitrations, particularly in the energy, construction, technology, and manufacturing sectors.

She has acted in proceedings before leading arbitration institutions and in ad hoc arbitrations. Her experience spans the full dispute life cycle, from pre dispute risk assessment and strategic advisory work to through all stages of arbitral proceedings, enforcement of arbitral awards, and set aside proceedings. In addition to serving as counsel, she is appointed as arbitrator in disputes arising in the sectors in which she has particular expertise.

She is a frequent speaker and published author on international arbitration, with a particular focus on the intersection of arbitration and emerging technologies.
