The author is a legal professional holding a Master's degree in International and Comparative Law, currently working at a think tank providing negotiating input to the Department of Commerce, India. At the Centre for WTO Studies, the author contributes to research, legal drafting, and policy analysis on issues at the intersection of trade, environment, and development, with professional interests spanning trade law, sustainability governance, and gender in international economic relations. She has provided inputs for FTA negotiations, and has been involved in drafting provisions on Trade and Sustainability, MSMEs, and inclusive trade policy. Her current work focuses in India's engagement at various international forums assessing and preparing inputs for trade policy review frameworks and the evolving legal architecture of global sustainability governance.
