Ragul O.V. is an Advocate and Researcher at the High Court of Madras, globally recognized for his exhaustive and intersectional scholarship at the nexus of public international law, environmental governance, and the regulation of the digital frontier. His professional trajectory includes a tenure as a Researcher at the Supreme Court of India.
