Professor Youseph Farah is a Professor of Law and an international arbitrator specialising in international dispute resolution, commercial arbitration, and private international law. He is based at the University of East Anglia, where he teaches and researches in areas including international commercial arbitration, international sales law, and business and human rights. His scholarship focuses on cross-border litigation and arbitration, with particular interest in jurisdiction, fairness and access to justice, and corporate accountability in global supply chains.
Professor Farah has held visiting professorships at several universities across Europe, and North America and regularly speaks at international conferences on arbitration and international dispute resolution. In addition to his academic work, he acts as an international arbitrator and is actively involved in professional arbitration and dispute resolution initiatives.
