Sarthak Agrawal is a law student attending National Law University, Nagpur (India), who has research interests in international commercial arbitration, investor-state arbitration, and transnational dispute resolution. He has been involved in National Law School-Trilegal International Arbitration Moot, 2025 (TIAM) where he researched complicated issues like Kompetenz-Kompetenz, the use of anti-suit injunctions, and how sanctioning can impact a case.

Through his study and competitive experience at National Law University, Sarthak has been able to develop strong analytical skills as well as gain a deeper understanding of the relationships between law, policy, and international commerce. As he develops expertise in Arbitration, he looks to contribute to the area of arbitration beyond developing expertise through comprehensive research, scholarly engagement, and practical experience through Dispute Resolution mechanisms.
